Green Smoothie With Chia Seeds Recipe

This Energizing Green Smoothie with Chia Seeds was created for the health-minded and is a nutritionist approved recipe! This is a vegan and Gluten-Free recipe, but supercharged with ingredients to keep you energised!


Ingredients:

Fresh spinach: 2 cupsIron- and magnesium-rich for energy.

1 Banana (ripe) — Adds sweetness, as well potassium.

Frozen Mango, ½ cup — for a tropical twist + Vit C

1 tablespoon chia seeds—For extra thickness and dietary fiber] omega-3s.

 1 t spirulina powder -a superfood rich in protein + antioxidants

1 cup coconut water (hydrate/more electrolytes)

I inch piece ginger, peeled – Adds some zing and excellent for digestion.

1/2 Lime Juice — For freshness and vitamin C.


Instructions:

Gather All Ingredients. Make sure the banana and mango are frozen in advance to create a creamy smoothie.

Leaf Prep/Clean Up: Place cleaned spinach, banana, mango, chia seeds. spirulina and fresh ginger into a high-speed blender with coconut water. Blend on high until smooth.

Adapt Consistency: Taste the consistency, add more coconut water or a splash of almond milk if your smoothie is too thick.

Add Lime At the end squeeze in lime and give it a few pulses to mix.

Pour into two cups and enjoy immediately.
